Its Nice space but a little pricey compared to all the rentable houses around the area.

Nice affordable place to live in Royal Oak, however the lawn people do a horrible job! Gutters need attention, and the pot holes in the parking lots are getting to be sink holes...expensive car repair due to rain filling holes and not being able to navigate around the holes.

Very comfortable, fairly affordable, relaxing, be careful about how much you will spend on utilities

It's quiet, neighbors and staff are nice, they allow pets, and we have a great spacious floorplan. I really like everything and my only complaints would have to be the carpet and the green bathroom.

It's a nice area, well maintained, pleasant people that take care of the complex.

They would have a nice stay and now some service lacking the last couple years are coming back like lawn maintence.

overall i have been pleased with the service of arlington homes. the communication is awesome with gail at the office. she was the reason i felt comfortable in renting at arlington and the reason i intend to stay. she has responded well with all of my requests. i do wish there as an option for winterproofing the large windows, or installing storm windows. there is quite a draft and the sliding windows dont seal well for the winter weather. which means i pay more in heating bills. i have had a few problems with flickering lights and fuses in the last few days. but the maintenace crew seems to be on top of it. overall good stuff
